About
Agents do the work. People make the calls.
Gendora is a project-level AI workbench. Every project gets a persistent agent that understands requirements, plans, produces and checks the work, while people make the decisions and do the reviews.
Why we built Gendora
AI models can now write a solid first draft of a PRD, a prototype or a plan. What they still lack is the structure around the work: a clear process, the team’s own rules, a record of what changed, and a person who decides when something is good enough.
Gendora provides that structure. Requirements go to a project agent that follows a Harness you can read and edit. Every deliverable passes machine checks and then a human review, and every version stays traceable. When the agent learns something, it asks before it changes how it works.
What we believe
-
Projects, not chats
Work is organised around projects, requirements and deliverables that last, not around conversations that scroll away.
-
People decide
Machines check, people approve. Nothing is marked complete without a human review.
-
Your models, your keys
You choose the providers and models, and pay them directly. Your keys stay encrypted.
-
Improve with consent
The agent proposes what it learned. It only changes its rules and skills after you approve.

Gendora is in public Beta and in active development, with new features shipping regularly. Everything described on this site is available in the product today, and everything is free while we are in Beta.
