Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Gendora, provided by gonendone.com ("we"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service is in Beta
Gendora is a product in active development. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or contain errors.
2. Your account
You need an account to use the service. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Password reset is not available during Beta.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe the rights of others, distribute malware, attempt to access other users’ data, or overload or disrupt the service.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you submit and the deliverables produced for you. You grant us only the permissions needed to host, process and display that content to operate the service for you.
5. Model providers and costs
The project agent uses the model providers you connect with your own API keys. Their terms apply to that use, and any usage fees are charged to you by those providers.
6. AI-generated output
Output generated by AI models may be inaccurate or incomplete. Automated checks do not replace your judgement: review deliverables before relying on them. Work is only marked complete after a person approves it.
7. Pricing
The service is free for a limited time during Beta. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance and you can decide whether to continue.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and, for significant changes, notify you in advance. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
The governing law and venue will be specified by the operator before general availability.
