I forgot my password. Can I reset it?
Not during Beta. Password reset is not available yet, so keep your password safe.
Why does my run fail right away?
Usually because no model is assigned to the Main role. Open Model providers, check that the provider shows Connected, and assign a model to Main.
Can I use a model running on my own computer?
Only if the hosted service can reach it over the internet. Private and local addresses are refused on the hosted service. Expose your server through an HTTPS address you control and add it as an OpenAI-compatible or Ollama provider.
Can I download deliverables?
Yes. Open a deliverable in the Deliverables tab and choose Download. Prototypes are single self-contained HTML files.
What does it cost?
Gendora is free during Beta. Model usage is billed by your provider under your own account.
Can I delete my account?
Self-service deletion of accounts and workspaces is not available yet during Beta.
